Primay activity day

Mary's ward had a mid-week, primary activity day today. Actually, they called it a jellybean party. I guess they have a jar in their primary and they add jellybeans to it periodically (I can't remember... I think if they learn songs well or display good behavior). When the jar gets filled up, they have a party. We were invited to their party! It was held at Manchester State Park over in Port Orchard. The kids had a great time and then we ate lunch together before heading back to this side of the water. Thanks for inviting us, Mary!!

King County Fair

I took the kids to the King County Fair out in Enumclaw today! It was a lot of fun. I liked it a LOT because it's a much smaller fair than the Puyallup fair. Plus, it was not very crowded. There was just enough to keep the kids busy without it getting too overwhelming. They enjoyed good food, fun, and animals. Then we headed home!

A day at the beach with cousins

(This is a back post.)

On July 8, we got together with cousins for a nice afternoon down at Dash Point State Park. We feel blessed to live just five minutes from this gorgeous park and we frequent it during the warm, summer months! Here are some pictures:
