Happy Birthday!!

This year is a very special milestone for Mike... it's the big 4-0!! I've been teasing him about this upcoming birthday for a couple of years now. And it's finally come! The boys were super excited about daddy's birthday. They picked out some new "smellumgood" for him... uh, that's cologne for all of you who don't understand kid speak. They helped me wrap presents and bake a cake. We actually surprised him by celebrating the night before. He opened the first couple of minor gifts... a little Honda Element remote control car, some work gloves, etc. Then we brought out the bigger gifts... Element accessories! He begged for the darn Element for forever... and then he got it and has been begging for accessories. Never satisfied, I tell 'ya. :-) All that aside, he was excited to get some cool accessories and now he's even more set to take his little tent-on-wheels to go camping! This weekend we are having a little family party at our house to celebrate further!
